5 members of the Khatib family were recently killed by an Iranian missile launched against Israel. They lived in the Arab town of Tamra. Arab citizens asked the police to prosecute the Israelis that put out a video with Iranian missiles hitting the town and singing “let their town be burnt down”.

Advice to the Iranians

If you are already willing to shoot at Non-Jewish targets, try this one:

Appendix: Chut Hameshulash by one of the Rosh Yeshivas of Volozhin

See Chut Hameshulash, Vol 3, Siman #28, where if you read what the author says word for word, instead of relying on third parties, you will see that he says, that the Yishmaelite sect that he dealt with was guilty of foreign worship of the moon. Because the author of Chut Hameshulash found a loophole in halacha regarding their house of worship, people who have not read Chut Hameshulash mistakenly believe, he exempted that sect from idolatry. The truth is, he did not.

Regarding the loophole used by Chut Hameshulash concerning their house of worship, for those who read Hebrew see https://60ribo.org.il/moon/ for reasons to avoid using the suggested loophole.

The Netziv of Volozhin in Meromei Sadeh to Avoda Zara 16b also disapproved of the loophole suggested by Chut Hameshulash to allow a Jew to build part of their house of worship מרומי שדה מסכת עבודה זרה דף טז עמוד ב

Tzitz Eliezer Volume 10, siman 1 also associates the Muslim moon images in the Tomb of the Patriarchs with forbidden foreign worship (Avoda Zara).
