Right-wing Jewish activists staging the torture inflicted by the Shabak against Jewish detainees in the Duma investigation

These are the confessions that were extracted during the Shabak interrogations in which “special means,” a.k.a. torture, were used with the endorsement of then Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein, and with the approval of the Supreme Court.
According to a legal expert who spoke to Honenu, this means that the State Prosecutor’s Office is admitting that the confessions given by the defendants in these torture interrogations are inadmissible and that it fears that the court would throw them out.

When good people take over the legal establishment, I hope they keep in mind and never forget the crimes of the torturers.
