In his twitter account (tweet of 4:57 Oct. 21, 2021 = 15 Cheshvan 5782 USA time) Senator Rand Paul States:

HHS Deputy admits Fauci’s NIH funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan but says it was “an unexpected result.” If the experiment combines unknown viruses and tests their ability to infect and damage humanized cells, of course the result is ‘unknown’ before the experiment.

virusIn all of his testimony Dr. Fauci so far has tried to give the impression that the NIH was not involved in funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
He might of used words with double meanings in order to have a legal loophole to defend himself in case of being charged with a crime but the simple meaning of his words was that he denied the funding.

If Fauci cannot be trusted on the funding issue it casts doubt about his statements about vaccine side effects, masks, and lockdowns.

Dr. Robert Malone, an inventor of the mRNA vaccine complained of 3 medical ethics violations going on in the U.S.A. regarding the mRNA vaccines. One of the complaints is faulty reporting in the U.S.A. of the side effects by government agencies.
